Edi Hayes is the proud founder, CEO, and Principal Consultant at Her Career Café, which provides a full spectrum of career support, from one-to-one coaching sessions to broader personal and professional growth initiatives.

She specializes in empowering Black women land high-paying jobs faster than average, while gaining clarity and confidence along the way. Additionally, the company partners with organizations to drive workforce development, optimize company culture and talent strategies, and support long-term employee success. Edi collaborates with colleges, universities, and organizations of all sizes—from startups to Fortune 100 corporations.

With two decades of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, Edi is a recognized authority. She is a global speaker, facilitator, and accredited PDU & CEU HR instructor. #PeopleAndOperations

Edi holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Human Resource Management and is a Certified HR Professional (SHRM-CP) with a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

She balances PTA duties, a sense of humor, a heart for advising, and a fierce drive to succeed.
