Edi is a Career & Empowerment Coach and the proud Founder of Her Career Cafe — a company thoughtfully created to protect a space for Black Women to elevate their confidence, career and compensation.

With an impressive 18 years of experience in Human Resources, Edi has become a recognized authority in Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Acquisition and also lends her expertise as a speaker and instructor for colleges, universities and corporations such as Mercer, Women of Project Management, MyCPE, Morehouse, Oklahoma State University, Tallahassee Technical College, University of Georgia and many more.

Edi holds a Bachelors and Masters of Science degree in Human Resource Management and is a Certified Human Resource Practitioner (SHRM-CP), Licensed LinkedIn Recruiter and Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Throughout her illustrious career, Edi has held influential HR roles within Fortune 100 corporations, leaving a lasting impact in her field. Her expertise has led to pivotal changes and meaningful improvements in the organizations she has served.

Edi’s career spans 16 years in Human Resources as a subject matter expert within Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Acquisition. She’s held various positions within HR at several Fortune 100 corporations.
